Wine & Cheese Botanical Lecture Series: May 17 - September 20

For its fourth year, the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden's Wine and Cheese Botanic Lecture Series is bringing together the local scientific community for talks about Santa Barbara ecology, ancient horticultural methods, sharks, and much more.  Each lecture begins with delicious appetizers, a wine tasting, and conversation with one of our local sponsoring vintners in the Garden’s Courtyard.

Introduction to California's Plant Families: May 2 - June 6

Garden Allies Workshop: Saturday, May 24

Our newest certificate program was developed at the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center. Five classes cover all aspects of sustainable landscape, including soil and water resources, plant choices, design and installation.
